Terms of Service and Payment Options

Service Terms
Services Provided:

Coaching, personal training, and myofascial body work services to the Client, as agreed upon between both parties.
Payment Options:
Payment for services can be made using the following options:
a. Discounted packages must be paid in full in advance (available for cash and electronic transfer only, (Square payment will incur a 2% card fee).
b. Regular appointments may be paid in advance with weekly or fortnightly payments by electronic transfer (fee-free).
c. Services may be paid at the time of service, by cash, bank transfer or Square electronic payment (2% card fee applies).
Payment Terms:

All payments made in advance, whether in full or on a weekly or fortnightly basis, are non-refundable.

Weekly or fortnightly payments must be received by the Service Provider no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

In the event that the Client is unable to complete the planned services paid in advance, they will be entitled to receive a fully transferable gift voucher for the unused amount, which can be redeemed for future services at The Movement Restoration Clinic.

All paid-in-full packages expire 12 months from the payment date, no gift voucher will be provided once 12 months from the initial payment date has transpired. At the discretion of the Service Provider, circumstances will be assessed and the client may be granted the option to complete the service plan after 12 months.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

The Client agrees to provide as much notice as possible to cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is requested. Failure to do so may result in charges (up to the full amount of the appointment type) being incurred.

No-shows will result in the Client being charged the full amount for the scheduled appointment.

Although clients can reschedule their own appointments it is preferred that Clients contact the service provider directly to reschedule their appointments, either via text or phone on 0402423372.
Reminder for Appointments:

The Service Provider will provide the Client with a reminder of the upcoming appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This reminder will be sent via email and text message to the contact information provided by the Client.

Appointment Commencement Time:

Appointments are scheduled to allow for client privacy and practitioner wellbeing.

Please plan to arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact The Movement Restoration Clinic and inform them of your expected arrival time. The appointment will be shortened accordingly.
